Our medication management process begins with an assessment of each resident's medication needs. Our staff will work with residents and their healthcare providers to create an individualized medication plan that takes into account the resident's medical history, current health condition, and any other relevant factors. This plan will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure that it remains appropriate for the resident's changing needs. Our staff will ensure that the correct medication is taken at the correct time, and will monitor for any side effects or interactions and will report any concerns to the resident's healthcare provider.

It is possible that your medication regimen may change after moving into our assisted living community, but this will depend on your individual needs and healthcare provider's recommendations. Our staff will work closely with your healthcare provider to ensure that your medication regimen is appropriate for your current health condition and any changes will be made with your healthcare provider's approval.

Medications are stored in a secure location, and are clearly labeled with the resident's name and the correct dosage information. Our staff will administer medications as per the individualized medication plan, ensuring that the correct medication is taken at the correct time.

The cost of our medication management service is included in the overall monthly fee for assisted living. However, some additional services such as specialized medication packaging may incur additional charges, but our staff will provide information about any additional costs before providing the service.
